Naue is looking for a professionally driven, self-motivated hands-on sales professional to grow our business across the Balkan countries. You'll own the full sales cycle for geosynthetic products —at various stages of the sales cycle — while maintaining and building strong customer and distributor relationships across the region.

Junior Commercial Sales Manager (m/f/d) Balkan Countries
What you’ll do
- Actively Sell & Close Deals: participate in the relevant stages of the sales cycle.
- Lead Qualification & Needs Analysis: Qualify opportunities, identifying customer needs and suitable commercial solutions.
- Proactive Pipeline Development: Build and manage a healthy pipeline through follow-ups, direct interaction with customers / dealers by phone calling, Teams meetings, etc., prospecting and distributor engagement.
- Prepare and follow up project adapted Quotations: Create competitive quotations, aknowledge and address objections, negotiate and secure purchase orders.
- Account Growth & Upsell: Increase customer base and develop long-term dealer and customer relationship.
- Distributor Relationship Support: Maintain regular commercial contact and follow up on opportunities.
- CRM Ownership: Ensure accurate entries, track opportunities and update their stages, prepare forecasts, update contact data and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaboration with Senior Sales & Presales: Support joint opportunities, customer visits and regional initiatives.
- Customer Experience with Commercial Focus: Manage expectations and resolve issues that could place the sales or customer relationship at risk.
- Administrative & Finance Support: Handle sales administration, invoice checks, payment follow-up and credit note coordination, maintain contact with the logistic and order management departments.
What you bring
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or a comparable commercial role.
- Technical background: Basic technical understanding and the motivation to learn.
- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the markets in the Balkan Countries (e.g. Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Kosovo, Albania).
- Languages: Native-level Serbian / Croatian, and fluent business English are required; Romanian and German are a plus.
- Sales Mindset: Proactive, persistent and results-oriented working style.
- Communication: Polite, professional, goal-oriented communication skills.
- Organisation: Accurate handling of sales and administrative tasks.
- Location and travel: Based in Bucharest, Romania; willingness to travel.
