Your Tasks

To strengthen our team at NAUE, we are looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics (m/f/d). With the help of NAUE’s solutions and services, you will gradually build new contacts and customer relationships.

 

  • Marketing our products and services as part of customized solutions in Romania
  • Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
  • Following up on leads
  • Providing technical advice to designers, consultants  and public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics (exclusively in the fields of environment)
  • Building trusting relationships with customers in the designing/consultancy/landfills owners/construction companies and for new eficient technical solutions with geosynthetics to be implemented in the projects.
  • Addressing key customer needs and requirements
  • Ensuring that products and services reach customers on time
  • Facilitating communication between the customer and internal teams
  • Resolving customer questions and issues, as well as handling complaints, to maintain a relationship of trust
  • Playing a key role in generating new revenue that leads to long-term relationships.
  • Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders based on key performance indicators

Your Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in business management, sales management, can be an advantage
  • Fluency in Romanian a second language (English) is mandatory
  • Proficiency in customer management tools
  • Willingness to travel for several days at a time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
