Your Tasks:
- Sales Office Administration: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the sales office.
- Sales Director Support: Assist the Sales Director by reviewing and monitoring external sales activities to ensure accurate data analysis.
- External Sales Staff Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team to meet customer needs effectively.
- Travel and Meeting Coordination: Organize complex travel arrangements for the sales team, including flights, entry guidance, and accommodations, within an approved budget.
- Salesforce Administration: Support and monitor Salesforce data to ensure accurate meeting reports, project tracking, and trend analysis.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate with the Sales Director to prepare and share sales performance reports with management and other departments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external sales team management on various tasks and projects.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other sales administration duties as assigned by your immediate superior or the Marketing Director.
