Your Tasks:
- Active communication and support of our national and international customers
- CRM-supported active sales of our products and (digital) services
- Processing of enquiries incl. preparation, negotiation and follow-up of quotations
- Price information and negotiations, if necessary, in consultation with the external sales colleagues
- Order processing, order fulfilment, order tracking, complaints processing if necessary
- Clarifying and tracking deadlines for orders and projects
- Data maintenance in the CRM system
- Occasional participation in trade fairs and customer events
- Participation in technical customer advice and support
- Support in the expansion of our e-commerce
